Tectonic Financial has named David Clifford as its next chief operating officer.
The Houston-based financial services company said Tuesday that Clifford joined the company in 2018 as chief strategy officer. Before joining Tectonic, Clifford held a similar role at Salient Partners.
Clifford succeeds Patrick Howard, who also serves as president and chief executive of T Bank, a Tectonic subsidiary, according to the company’s website.
