Webull to Go Public Via SPAC Merger That Values It at $7.3 Billion

Webull will become a publicly traded company through a merger with a special acquisition company, or SPAC, the digital brokerage firm said Wednesday.

Webull said it will merge with SK Growth Opportunities, which currently trades on the Nasdaq with the ticker symbol SKGR, and that the merged company will take the Webull name. The combined company expects to adopt a new ticker, although it hasn’t disclosed what it will be.
