Amte Power shares fell after trading on the London Stock Exchange was resumed on Tuesday.
Shares at 1236 GMT were down 0.4 pence, or 18%, at 1.8 pence.
Shares of the manufacturer of lithium-ion and sodium-ion battery cells were suspended on Sept. 13, following delays on settlement obligations related with the issue of new shares which are conditional on shareholder consent.
Amte Power has conditionally raised 2.1 million pounds ($2.6 million) in a heavily discounted share placing to stave off insolvency and provide time for its initial recapitalization plan.
