The blank-check company ShoulderUp Technology Acquisition has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to combine with Airspace Experience Technologies.
The special purpose acquisition company said Monday that it has agreed to a potential business combination with Airspace, a Detroit-based company specializing in aviation technology that ShoulderUp calls a “pioneer in the urban mobility market.”
ShoulderUp expects to enter into a definitive agreement by the end of the year, but said no assurances can be made that it will finalize a deal or complete the combination.
