STOCKHOLM–Atlas Copco said Monday that it has agreed to acquire Presys Co., a vacuum valve supplier for the semiconductor market based in South Korea.
Presys is a privately owned company with 134 employees. It had revenue of around KRW35 billion ($25.8 million) in 2022.
The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close during the first quarter of 2024.
The purchase price wasn’t disclosed.
