Mocha
Mudd’s clue for this in his Thursday puzzle was —
Tea after instant coffee (5)
Tea = cha, instant = mo, the shortened version of moment.
Mocha is believed to derive from the Yemeni port of Mokha, which exported coffee beans in the 15th-17th centuries.
