Ennis acquired Eagle Graphics and Diamond Graphics, expanding its footprint in Pennsylvania.
Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Ennis, which manufactures, designs, and sells business forms and other printed business products, said some of Eagle Graphics capabilities include 8-color UV web printing and digital printing. Ennis said Diamond Graphics is known for their direct mail printing and high volume padding done for the non-profit industry.
“These companies will strengthen our production capabilities to serve our large and growing customers base in the Northeast part of the country,” said Ennis Chief Executive Keith Walters.
