IG Group Holdings has appointed Breon Corcoran as chief executive officer from Jan. 29, replacing June Felix who stepped down in August due to health reasons.
The online-trading company said Friday that interim CEO Charlie Rozes will remain in the role until Corcoran joins, whereupon he will continue as group chief financial officer and a member of the board.
Corcoran has extensive experience leading multinational fintech companies and delivering on their growth strategies, IG said.
He was CEO of FTSE 100 company Paddy Power Betfair until 2018, having began his career as a derivatives trader at Bankers Trust and JP Morgan.
