K3 Business Technology Group said Monday that Chief Executive Officer Marco Vergani is stepping down and that Nonexecutive Chairman Tom Crawford will move to an executive role.
The professional-services company added that its performance since August is on track to meet adjusted operating profit market forecasts, without providing any figures.
The company said Crawford’s role change will be effective from today and reflects the board’s strategy to further simplify operations, more effectively address the opportunities within market sectors, and drive shareholder value.
