LivaNova’s manufacturing sites are substantially operating at normal levels following a cybersecurity incident disclosed last month, according to a regulatory filing.
The medical technology company said Wednesday that it believes it has contained the cybersecurity threat after taking certain systems offline.
LiveNova is still investigating the incident and trying to gauge the impact on its business, results of operations, cash flows and financial condition.
The company said on Nov. 20 that portions of its information technology systems had been disrupted as a result of the incident and that it was coordinating with law enforcement on the matter.
