Nortech Systems on Tuesday named Andrew LaFrence as its next finance chief.
The Minneapolis-based electronics manufacturing services provider announced in May that CFO Christopher Jones would depart effective June 8. Nortech’s controller Alan Nordstrom has served as interim CFO since Jones’ departure.
LaFrence, 60, previously was CFO of Vyant Bio, a biotechnology company, and most recently held the additional roles of president and chief executive, Nortech said in a regulatory filing.
LaFrence has also held CFO roles at KORU Medical Systems, SemoniX and Biothera Pharmaceuticals.
Nortech said in a regulatory filing that LaFrence will receive a base salary of $315,000 and will be eligible for a bonus of up to 45% of his salary.
