Pantheon International is planning to buy up to 150 million pounds ($183.6 million) worth of shares via a tender offer.
The private equity, infrastructure and real assets and private-debt investor said Monday that shareholders wishing to participate must specify the minimum price or prices at which they are willing to sell some or all of their ordinary shares in the tender offer. It added that the price levels are between 280 pence and 315 pence for each ordinary share.
Pantheon said no company director will be tendering any of their ordinary shares under the tender offer, and that it will close on Oct. 17.
Shares at 0728 GMT were up 8.50 pence, or 2.9%, at 301.50 pence.
