Rivian Automotive raised its full-year expectations for production with third-quarter results.
The Irvine, Calif.-based electric-vehicle maker now expects to produce 54,000 cars in 2023, up from previous guidance of 52,000 vehicles.
The company’s revenue topped estimates in the third quarter and its loss narrowed. Rivian has been looking to ramp up its production in order to help curb losses.
Rivian produced 16,304 vehicles in the third quarter and delivered 15,564 vehicles.
