High Liner Foods said Wednesday that Paul Jewer was named as president and chief executive officer, effective immediately.
Jewer, the company’s chief financial officer, was named as interim CEO in September.
He will also become a member of the board of directors, the frozen-seafood company said.
Jewer had served as the company’s financial chief since February 2014. High Liner said it will immediately commence a search for a successor to Jewer as financial chief.
